Of ups and downs
Smiles and frowns
Depression
A lesson
In the blues
Paying your dues
Manic shift
Your moods lift
Touching the sky
Flying high
Rapid cycler that's super intense
Creativity so immense
A greater connection to the whole
A secret within your soul
A band of brothers and sisters we are
Near and far
Not something to be feared
Certainly never to be sneered
We are something precious
A delight delicious
A twinkle in God's eye
You and I
