Serious Songs

 Serious Songs

Colorful curvy crescendo

Lustfully laughing letting go

Creativity circling captivatingly

Whirling twirling revolving reality

Somewhere

In the melody of the air

In the space where grace

Kisses my face

In warmth of embrace

To be profound I dare

Of silent sound aware

Magical mystical mystery

Understand the mending hand

Of Theodore transcending history

An ancient relic?

Somewhat psychedelic

Mild insanity

Forbidding vanity

Loose lines of ink

Lavender, fuchsia, pink

A galore of more

The radiant rays of the sun

Reaching everyone

To tiny boxes square

Creatures confined with care

Who, what belongs?

In serious songs

Fantastically fine

Second guessing

Forever possessing

Yet never mine

Now from a distance

Reckless resistance

Be aware

Of spirals in prayer

So I say with pride

Break on through to the other side

  POLISHED FRAGMENTS

Poet To The Poor
